Trainer Joe’s Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in Trainer Joe’s program, services, and private community forum (the “Program”). By enrolling in the Program, accessing Program content, or participating in the community forum, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Program Access & Enrollment

  • Enrollment grants you access to Program materials, resources, and the private community forum for the duration of your membership.

  • Access is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or sold.

2. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are due as described at the time of enrollment.

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Fulfillment Policy.

  • Removal from the community forum for violating these Terms does not entitle you to a refund.

3. Community Forum Participation

As part of the Program, you may be granted access to a private online community forum. Participation in the forum is a privilege, not a right.

Code of Conduct

Members must:

  • Treat others with respect, professionalism, and courtesy.

  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or offensive language.

  • Refrain from spamming, self-promotion, or sharing misleading information.

  • Respect confidentiality of other members’ shared experiences.

Enforcement

  • We reserve the right to moderate, restrict, or remove any content at our discretion.

  • We may suspend or remove your access to the forum if you violate these rules.

  • Removal from the forum does not affect your enrollment in the Program and does not entitle you to any refund or compensation.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All Program content, including materials, videos, and resources, are protected intellectual property.

  • You may use materials for personal purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell Program content without written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for how you use the information or resources provided in the Program.

  • Results vary based on individual effort, commitment, and circumstances. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

6. Privacy

  • Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Amendments

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective immediately when posted. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lexington, KY.
