Account Support

  • You'll receive an email with everything you need for your 21 Day Transformation by the Friday before your first session. If you sign up on Friday or later then you'll receive the email by Monday, the day of your first session.

  • Our 21 Day Transformation groups almost always start on the first Monday of each month, but the exact start date for each upcoming group will typically be posted about 2 weeks ahead of time.

  • Your payment account with Trainerjoes.com does not automatically connect to the Trainer Joe's Daily app. Logging into the app requires our team to register you first, at which time you'll receive an invitation email from Everfit with a link to set up your Trainer Joe's Daily app account. If you can't find the Everfit email, please reach out to Devra@trainerjoes.com.

  • To change your account password, you'll need to open an order receipt or purchase confirmation email from one of your previous Trainer Joe's purchases. In that email, click "view your purchase." This will take you to your payment account where you'll be able to change your password at the log in screen.

  • To manage your subscription, open an order receipt or confirmation email from any of your trainerjoes.com purchases. In that email, click "view your purchase." This will take you to your payment account where you can manage payment details or cancel your subscription.

  • Yes! We've loved having participants from all over the world join our encouraging health and weight loss community.

Program Rules

  • The only exercise you're required to do is 20 minutes of intentional walking every day. If you can't do 20 minutes at one time, you may do two sets of 10 minute walks. If you physically can't walk, you can do 20 minutes of seated chair exercises; Youtube is a great resource for a variety of seated exercise tutorials.

  • No. However, Trainer Joe does take your particular health needs seriously and will allow certain foods in very rare circumstances. One of the main points of the approved food list is to discipline ourselves to learn contentment without our favorite foods, so exceptions for reasons of preference are not allowed.

  • No. This is a hard, fast rule. No tea, coffee, or even flavored water is allowed after 7:30pm. The only exception is for those with irregular sleep schedules due to work or other circumstances. The technical rule is that you're not allowed to consume anything but water within three hours of your scheduled bedtime, so your cutoff time is 5am if you go to sleep at 8am as a night shift worker.

  • The only milk options allowed for your lattes are unsweetened almond milk or skim milk, and only stevia or monk fruit as a sweetener.

  • Yes, there are plenty of food options on the approved food list for those with more limited diets, but be aware that it may be a little more challenging for you since we don't make exceptions or substitutions for particular diets.

  • Yes, the Trainer Joe's approved food list gives you plenty of freedom to eat within your existing restrictions, so long as you don't consume anything outside of the approved list. We have had participants with various restrictions complete the program.

  • Yes, you can, but are you ready for it? If you're worried that you won't be able to follow all of the rules of the program while breastfeeding, we'd advise that you wait until you can fully commit. This program is very helpful for weight loss, but you have to be committed to restricting your consumption.

Results & Progress

  • If you're following all of the rules, it is working. Even if you aren't seeing the results you want, be encouraged that it's working behind-the-scenes by creating healthy habits and mindset changes that your body is responding to. If you follow the rules, the weight loss will happen.

  • Trainer Joe can meet with you one-on-one to find out exactly why the program isn't working. The community of participants is also a great resource for answers and encouragement. You likely won't be alone in your struggles and they're always eager to share wise counsel and helpful motivation.

  • The program is so enjoyable and effective that most people tend to do more than just one 21 Day Transformation. The program will equip you with the tools and knowledge to lose weight and keep it off on your own, but most people find the group comraderie and ongoing instruction invaluable to meeting their longterm weight goals.

  • Phase 2 is designed for those who don't want to do another full 21 Day Transformation, but are still looking to remain within the Trainer Joe community. The goal of Phase 2 is to help you maintain a healthy weight with continued accountability, encouragement, and habit building. Before moving from Phase 1 to Phase 2, we do recommend that you complete at least two 21 Day Transformations and get within 10 pounds of your goal weight. However, Phase 2 is fully optional and you can remain in Phase 1 as long as you'd like. Phase 2 includes full access to the Trainer Joe app, a weekly virtual meeting (Mondays at 8pm EST) with new teachings every time, and continued access to all videos, the Transformation community, the check lists, and more. Phase 2 costs $39 per month and is open to online sign ups. Reach out to Devra@trainerjoes.com with any further questions.

  • Yes, but we recommend that you start with a 30 or 60 minute phone assessment with Trainer Joe to first determine your needs and whether or not one-on-one coaching is a necessary solution for you to reach your specific goals.

  • No. If you've purchased a month-to-month subscription, you may cancel it at any time.
